BLENDING PUMP TECHNICIA

As a Blending Pump Technician, you will be in charge of blending operations at Blending Plant. You will be responsible for the maintenance of power-driven, stationary or portable pumps used in the blending process. You will also be responsible for the provision of materials, equipment & supplies as well as directing the receiving, warehousing and distribution services.

Key Responsibilities

·         Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system along with Stock Controller.

·         Controlling of Blending activity as per instructions from General Manager.

·         Completion of Blends in timely and order manner as per Blend Sheet.

·         Advising Stock Controller on preparation of various reports – Blend Report, Employee Attendance Register, Inventory Report, Etc.

·         Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

·         Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement to be authorized by Financial Controller or General Manager.

·         Coordinating with various Shift Manager about proper hand over procedure to ensure smooth operations.

·         Maintenance of Blending Plant.

·         Preparation & Implementation of Blending Plant Maintenance schedule, repairs and cleaning procedures and records.

·         Maintenance of cleaning schedule for all equipment in the blending plant - Including Compressor, AVR, Vacuum Lifter and Bag Shaper.

·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
