General Manager - Kenya POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Establishment of the company's office in Kenya.
Development of the Business - Finding and securing commercial opportunities and growth projects and serving as the primary point of contact in Kenya for all clients.
Overseeing the daily operations to ensure all work meets the highest quality standards
Communicating clearly and effectively with Dar es Salaam based management
Introducing clear systems and processes to all aspects of the business as well as implementation of company's best practice in the kenya office / operations.
Communication and encouraging company's values throughout the work force: recruiting and growing the team.
