  VACANCY
  Tiffany Diamond Hotel, an up-scale Hotel situated at the junction of Morogoro and Indira
  Gandhi Roads, here by invites applications from qualified Tanzanians to fill the position of
  Operation Manager.
  
  POSITION: Operation Manager
  REPORT TO: General Manager
  
  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  i. To overseas the day to day operations of the hotel.
  ii. Supervising staff in all departments.
  iii. Interacting with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
  iv. Public relations and resolving customer issues/complaints
  v. Preparing on the job training programs for staff.
  vi. Perform any other assignments as may be assigned by the General Manger.
  
  Qualification
  Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Business or Hospitality Management from a recognized University, with at least 3 years’ experience in a Management position in Three Star Hotel and above.
  Diploma holders with at least 5 years’ experience in i hotel industry will be considered.
  
  REMUNERATION;
